How long have you been in business?
We've been a senior property since. 1987. Actually, our four towers were built as condominiums.
What is your primary product or service?
We are independent, senior housing for active seniors.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
At the time the property was purchased, there were very few senior properties in the area let alone 2 blocks from downtown.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are unique in our location, 3 lushly landscaped acres in the Historic Almond/Shuey neighborhood. We continue to remain independent living however a resident can remain in their apartment if they should require help e partner with LivHOME, an in home care agency
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one, as this is what makes "THP" unique from many other senior properties.

From 24 West going East, take the 680 South to San Jose exit, stay in left lane and take the Mt. Diablo Blvd. exit. Turn right on Mt. Diablo and drive to California Blvd. Drive on California to Bonanza St. and turn left. Drive on Bonanza and turn right at Shuey Ave. Our address is 1785 Shuey Ave.

Monday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for Leasing.
Our Dining hours are 7:30 - 10:00 am for breakfast and 4:00-7:00pm for Dinner. We have staff coverage 24/7.
