In the cellular market over 20+ years now so I have seen many changes. I wanted to do it myself after seeing some good companies fail at the customer service side so started up my own business and am blessed to be still doing it 14 years later!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our service is by far the biggest separation from competitors. then we have a fantastic product backed with an unpresidented lifetime warranty on most of our products! we put our money where our mouth is!
