How long have you been in business?
I started this company in 1994, and have owned and operated it ever since.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in the sales, service, consignment, and brokerage, of current model pre-owned vehicles. Most of our vehicles are 1-10 years old, ranging from $5,000 to $50,000, and all must pass our 200-point inspection, come with a guaranty and a full tank of gas, and are sold at or near wholesale book. And we provide these services in a calm, no-hassle, salesperson-free environment. We also have a clean service department, where we can service and maintain all types of vehicles, both before and after the sale.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I actually came from the corporate world, with a background in architecture and graphic art, and started this company as a hobby, and as a way to provide a new low-pressure/high-integrity method of buying a nice clean reliable used car, without the pushy and slimy used-car-salesman experience. I also have several decades of automobile mechanical experience, having worked on cars for most of my life. And of course, now I have 18 years of experience running a car business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
High quality vehicles, mechanically guaranteed, and no pushy salespeople to bother you.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location only, recently upgraded and expanded, with no plans for additional locations.

We are located in San Ramon, CA, just off 680 near the Crow Canyon Road exit. Just take Crow Canyon Road half a block west of 680, turn at the Chevron/76 gas stations, go north on San Ramon Valley Blvd just past In-N-Out Burgers, and we are about a half mile up on the left hand side, across from KFC and the Kelly-Moore Paint store.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We can also arrange financing.
Which areas do you service?
Our customers come from all over the USA, but the majority come from the SF Bay Area.

What are your hours of operation?
We are here Monday thru Saturday, and by appointment only on Sundays. Monday is our long day, from 9 am until 9 pm, and usually longer. On Tuesday and Wednesday I attend offsite dealer-only auctions to purchase more vehicles, including all broker orders, but we're usually open from 1 pm to 8 pm. Then Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from noon to 5 pm. And almost 24/7 with a phone call!
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I feel most rewarded when people tell me how comfortable we made their car buying or selling experience. My goal is to make the whole thing calm and easy and risk-free. Of course, then the biggest compliment is my customers' business and referrals.
